There is some basic information I will need from you such as key speakers and attendees, special guests, a brief programme of events or key moments etc, but will discuss this in detail with you once booking is made.
Pricing : Roughly as follows, depending on the exact details ;
R1300 - 2 Hours of coverage
R1800 3 Hours of coverage
R2200 : 4 Hours of coverage
R350 - per hour after four hours
Remember to also look at the Live Photo Booth option to provide people with some fun as well as ensure everyone in is one, two, three or more photos

As soon as you book, I will send you a checklist of information I
need. This will make sure I cover key happenings at the event, and do
not miss shots of key invitees, guests, speakers etc
Yes but I don't - I am a professional photographer and stick to what
I know best rather than trying to make a few extra bucks
I do however work regularly with a professional videographer I would
be happy tp recommend you to.
I generally do a documentary style of shoot for an event - this means
a lot of candid unposed or maybe semi posed shots.
This gives you a lot of shots people just enjoying themselves and
participating rather than simply formal posed shots.
Obviously, I also ensure that I have sufficient posed photos covering
small groups, the key people and of course if a celebrity is present,
everyone wants a shot with them.
